Working Principle
The complete machine consists of a feeding hopper, vibration chamber, shaft coupling and driving motor. The internal vibration chamber is assembled with eccentric wheels, flexible rubber components, main shaft and bearings to form a stable vibration transmission system.Driven by the motor, the adjustable eccentric weights transmit power to the center of the main shaft. Under unbalanced operation state, strong centrifugal force is generated, forcing materials inside the screen cylinder to form a regular orbital vortex motion. The vibration amplitude can be freely adjusted via the weight regulator according to different material characteristics and screen mesh specifications, realizing customized sieving accuracy for diverse materials.
During operation, fine powder and qualified small particles pass through the screen mesh and are discharged downward, while coarse impurities are discharged separately, achieving continuous, automatic and high-precision material classification.
