Working Principle
The WCSJ series dust collecting crusher adopts a vertical tilting structure, consisting of a base, motor, crushing chamber cover, feeding hopper, working platform, and dust collection system. The feeding hopper and chamber cover can be tilted at a certain angle, making it convenient to clean residual materials inside the crushing chamber. During operation, materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and are crushed by the high-speed rotating blades mounted on the main shaft and the fixed triangular blades through impact and shearing forces. Under the action of centrifugal force, the crushed materials automatically pass through the screen and flow into the discharge hopper. Meanwhile, dust generated during the crushing process is collected by the induced draft fan and processed through the dust collection box, ensuring clean production. The final particle size can be adjusted by replacing screens with different specifications.
