Working Principle
The WCSJ series universal crusher adopts a vertical tilting structure, consisting of a base, motor, crushing chamber, and feeding hopper. The feeding hopper and chamber cover can be tilted at a certain angle, allowing convenient removal of residual materials and easy cleaning. During operation, materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and are crushed by the high-speed rotating blades installed on the main shaft and the fixed triangular blades through impact and shearing forces. Under the action of centrifugal force, the crushed materials automatically pass through the screen and flow out from the discharge outlet, completing the crushing process. The particle size can be adjusted by replacing screens with different mesh specifications. The machine can be manufactured with high-quality 304 stainless steel or 316L stainless steel, making it suitable for food, spice, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications, including spice crusher machine, ginger crusher machine, ginger garlic crusher, corn crusher, and other industrial crushing processes.
