Working Principle
Materials such as medicinal pills, dried herbs, herbal roots and tea leaves are fed through the hopper and delivered into the grinding chamber via a conveying screw. Inside the chamber, materials are subjected to high-speed impact from moving grinding teeth, mutual shearing force between moving teeth and fixed tooth rings, as well as high-frequency vibration generated by air vortex, realizing ultra-fine micron pulverization effect.The crushed fine powder is lifted by upward airflow and transported to the classification wheel. With the high-speed rotation of the classification wheel, accurate powder classification is achieved. Coarse particles larger than the set fineness are thrown to the cone sleeve and returned to the grinding chamber for re-crushing, while qualified super fine powder is delivered to the cyclone separator by air power and discharged through the air lock. Dust generated during operation is filtered and recycled by the filter cartridge in the dust removal box. The whole working process of this herb grinder crusher and pharmaceutical grinder machine is dust-free, ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly production environment.
