Working Principle

The linear rectangular vibrating screen consists of three core components: screen box, vibration source and shock absorber. The machine frame and screen box are fixed with 4 to 12 sets of high-elastic soft rubber shock absorbers for upper and lower buffering support. Driven by the vibration motor, the equipment generates stable centrifugal excitation force.
The shock absorption system precisely controls the floating vibration amplitude, enabling materials on the screen surface to produce continuous vertical throwing and horizontal forward movement. During the process, materials are fully layered, dispersed and filtered according to particle size. Fine particles penetrate the screen mesh and fall down, while oversized coarse materials are discharged forward. This continuous linear screening process achieves uniform feeding, efficient grading and optimal sieving results.
