Working Principle & Structure
The whole vibrating sieve machine adopts an integrated and compact structural design, mainly composed of a vertical vibration excitation motor, screen base, screen frame, screening chamber, rubber vibration damping bowls and various fasteners. Driven by the vertical vibrating motor, the equipment generates stable three-dimensional rotary vibration force, which drives materials to perform continuous circular jumping, spreading and sieving movement on the screen surface.Qualified fine materials pass through the screen mesh and fall to the lower layer, while coarse particles and impurities are screened out and discharged separately. The machine supports both single-layer and multi-layer screening and grading according to production requirements, realizing multi-stage particle classification in one single device.
