Main Application
This centrifugal sifter features ultra-wide material adaptability. It is perfectly suitable for screening and grading special materials with high fiber content, high viscosity, high humidity, static electricity and easy caking properties. It effectively avoids screen blocking, material adhesion and low screening efficiency commonly seen in ordinary screening equipment, ensuring continuous and stable fine particle separation for various complex powder and granular materials.
Working Principle
Materials are evenly fed into the screening chamber through the hopper and spiral conveying rod. Inside the screening box, the rotating deflector blades continuously stir, flip and push the materials forward at high speed. The continuous material renewal and circulating propulsion prevent material accumulation and screen mesh blockage. Under the action of centrifugal force, fine qualified particles penetrate the screen mesh and fall down as finished materials, while coarse impurities and unqualified large particles continue moving forward along the screen cylinder and are finally discharged from the coarse material outlet. This continuous separation process achieves high-precision grading and efficient screening results.
