Working Principle
The powder ribbon blender consists of a horizontal mixing tank, double-layer spiral ribbon stirring blades and complete transmission components. The unique double-layer ribbon structure adopts a convection mixing principle: the outer spiral ribbon gathers materials from both sides to the center of the tank, while the inner spiral ribbon diverts materials from the center to both sides. This continuous circulating convection movement ensures full material flipping and blending inside the horizontal powder mixer tank, realizing ultra-high uniformity mixing for powder and paste materials. This scientific working principle effectively solves uneven mixing problems and delivers stable and consistent mixing quality for all batches.
