Core Mixing Principle (Main Plough Blade Stirring)
Driven by the motor and speed reducer, the main shaft of the Horizontal plough mixer runs at a low speed of 100–300r/min, and the inclined plough blades rotate synchronously to achieve three-dimensional circulating mixing of materials.Radial tossing and fluidization: The cutting edges of the plough blades shovel up the materials at the bottom of the cylinder and toss them upward away from the cylinder wall, forming a mechanical fluidized bed inside the equipment. The materials are kept in a suspended boiling state without deposition and dead corners, ensuring full turnover of all materials.
Axial convection circulation: Each group of plough blades is installed with staggered angles, which pushes materials to flow back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the cylinder. A stable longitudinal cross material flow is formed inside the barrel to avoid local material accumulation and uneven mixing.
3D turbulent mixing: The combination of radial tossing and axial reciprocating flow enables continuous overlapping, collision and diffusion of materials. Light and heavy materials, coarse and fine particles can be quickly and fully blended without stratification and segregation, realizing high-uniformity overall mixing effect.
