Working Principle

Adopting mechanical transmission structure, this paddle type mixing machine drives S-shaped stirring paddles or double spiral ribbons to operate stably. The rotating paddles force materials to flip and circulate repeatedly inside the U-shaped trough, realizing thorough and homogeneous blending. Equipped with an electric control system with customizable timing function, the machine can automatically stop when the preset mixing time is completed and support electric tilting discharging. This intelligent operation effectively stabilizes batch production quality and achieves ultra-high mixing uniformity.
