This 2D powder mixer / 2D powder mixing machine adopts a unique two-dimensional compound motion design. The cylindrical mixing drum is equipped with no internal stirring components. During operation, the drum realizes synchronous dual motions: autorotation around its central symmetry axis and invertible swinging movement around the horizontal axis. This dual 2D motion enables both diffusion mixing and displacement mixing of internal materials, achieving full and uniform blending efficiently.The machine boasts simple operation and ultra-high mixing uniformity. It is fitted with quick-release twist covers and butterfly valves for fast feeding and discharging, greatly improving loading and unloading efficiency. The whole mixing barrel is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a smooth inner wall and no dead corners, which facilitates thorough cleaning and meets the sanitary and production standards of pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
