Working Principle of Pin Mill Pulverizer
The pin mill pulverizer adopts a high-speed rotating grinding disc structure. The main shaft is equipped with a movable grinding disc, while the front cover is installed with a fixed toothed ring. The movable pins and fixed teeth are arranged in an interlocking structure to create an efficient grinding chamber.When the motor drives the main shaft at high speed, the movable disc rotates rapidly and throws the material into the gap between the rotating disc and fixed toothed ring. Through repeated impact, shearing, and friction between the material and grinding teeth, the raw materials are gradually crushed into fine powder.
After reaching the required particle size, the finished powder passes through the adjustable screen and enters the discharge hopper. Larger particles remain inside the grinding chamber for further processing.
The integrated dust collection system uses a dust collecting box with bag filtration technology. Dust particles are collected, filtered, and automatically returned to the discharge outlet, preventing powder loss and improving material utilization efficiency.
