Working Principle
This rotary vacuum dryer adopts advanced vacuum low-temperature indirect heating drying technology. During operation, materials are placed in a fully sealed double-cone vessel under continuous vacuum condition. Heat medium circulates inside the equipment jacket to achieve indirect uniform heating of materials, avoiding direct contact heating and protecting material properties.The double cone vessel rotates slowly and continuously in forward and reverse directions with automatic timing reversing function. The constant tumbling and flipping motion fully stirs materials, continuously renews the material surface, and greatly accelerates the evaporation of internal moisture and solvent. All evaporated gas and vapor is quickly extracted and discharged by the vacuum pump. A matched solvent recovery device can be equipped on demand to realize recycling of evaporated liquid and reduce production waste.
The bidirectional timing rotation makes full use of the entire heat transfer area inside the vessel, ensuring uniform heating of all materials and significantly improving drying efficiency. The vacuum low-temperature drying principle effectively reduces the boiling point of moisture and solvent, realizing efficient drying at low temperature without damaging material structure and activity.
