Working Principle
1. Heating SystemThe oven is equipped with built-in electric heating tubes or steam radiators. The ambient air passes through the heat source and is rapidly heated into high-temperature dry hot air, providing stable and continuous heat energy for material drying.
2. Forced Air Circulation System
Different from traditional natural drying ovens, this machine adopts a forced convection circulation design. The top or side circulating fan operates continuously to drive hot air to evenly pass through each layer of material trays inside the chamber. The fully circulated hot air makes full contact with wet materials and efficiently takes away surface moisture, realizing uniform drying.
3. Closed Air Duct Circulation System
After heat exchange and temperature reduction, the return air flows back to the heating area through the independent air duct for reheating, forming a fully closed hot air circulation loop. The cyclic utilization of heat energy greatly reduces heat loss, lowers overall energy consumption and improves thermal efficiency.
4. Moisture Exhaust & Fresh Air Supplement System
The oven body is designed with adjustable moisture exhaust ports. When the internal air reaches moisture saturation, the humid and hot air is automatically discharged out of the chamber. Meanwhile, an appropriate amount of low-temperature fresh air is supplemented continuously, which effectively reduces internal humidity and accelerates the overall drying speed.
5. Constant Temperature Control System
Equipped with high-precision PID temperature control sensors, the system monitors the internal temperature in real time. It automatically starts and stops the heating source to maintain constant and stable temperature inside the oven. This intelligent control ensures uniform heating of all materials without local overheating, effectively protecting material quality.
