Working Principle
The complete equipment set consists of a main grinding host, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust removal box, a fan and other core components. Adopting a hammer-type crushing structure, this hammer type grinder is specially designed for crushing materials with medium hardness and low viscosity, which perfectly supports the working performance of micron powder grinding and super fine powder grinding. Materials are crushed under the high-speed impact of rotating hammers inside the grinding chamber.After crushing, the qualified fine materials are sucked into the cyclone separator by the centrifugal force of the rotating separator and the traction force of the fan for centralized discharging through the air lock. Meanwhile, fine dust generated during the grinding process is delivered to the pulse dust removal box and recycled via filter cartridges, realizing efficient dust collection. The grinding fineness of the super fine grinder and all series powder grinders can be flexibly adjusted by replacing different screen meshes.
The whole machine is manufactured in full compliance with GMP standards and entirely made of stainless steel materials. It effectively eliminates dust flying during the entire production process, ensuring a clean, safe and environmentally friendly production environment, which is particularly suitable for strict production standards of medicine powder grinding and chemical powder grinder processing scenarios.
