Main Application
This swing wet granulator is specially designed for granulating damp powder mixtures. Under the forward and reverse oscillating motion of the rotary roller, wet materials are forcibly extruded through the mesh screen to form uniform wet granules. The finished granules can be dried and further pressed into various shaped finished products. Besides wet granulation, the machine can also be used to crush and disperse agglomerated dry materials, realizing material crushing and particle reshaping.It is widely applicable for manufacturing various specifications of granules in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and feed industries, and is one of the most universal and cost-effective granulation and sizing equipment for batch production.
Working Principle & Structural Features
Driven by the mechanical transmission system, the granulation roller performs continuous reciprocating swing and forward & reverse rotation. The rolling and squeezing force generated by the oscillating roller continuously pushes the wet powder materials through the stainless steel screen mesh. The materials are extruded, cut and shaped into uniform wet granules, realizing efficient crushing, granulation and rapid particle sizing.The whole machine adopts standard sanitary stainless steel structure with smooth surface and no dead corners, which is easy to clean and maintain. The simple mechanical oscillation structure ensures stable operation, low failure rate and long service life. It can perfectly match upstream mixing equipment and downstream drying equipment to form a complete automated granulation production line.
