Working Principle
LSJ series screw conveyors are divided into two types according to material conveying direction: horizontal screw conveyors and vertical screw conveyors. They are suitable for horizontal transportation and vertical lifting of various loose materials such as powders, granules and small block materials. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring sanitation, corrosion resistance and durability.The internal structure consists of a conveying pipe with continuously welded spiral blades. Driven by the driving device, the spiral blades rotate stably inside the sealed pipe. The rotating helical blades push materials forward in a continuous spiral propulsion manner, realizing stable, sealed and uniform material conveying. This spiral pushing conveying method effectively avoids material leakage and dust overflow.

Structure Composition
The standard screw conveyor is mainly composed of three parts: conveyor main body, inlet and outlet ports, and driving device. Applicable & Non-Applicable Materials
Suitable for: All kinds of dry loose powders, granular materials and small block materials in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.Not suitable for: Perishable materials, high-viscosity materials, easy-caking materials and large block materials. Conveying such materials will cause material crushing, blade wear and groove damage.
