Working Principle
The belt conveyor adopts a mature and reliable structural design, mainly composed of two end rollers and an enclosed circulating belt tightly sleeved on the rollers. The equipment is divided into a drive roller (transmission roller) and a bend roller according to different functions. The drive roller is installed at the discharging end to maximize friction traction and improve conveying stability. Driven by a motor and reducer, the drive roller generates friction force to drag the circulating conveyor belt for continuous rotary operation. The bend roller is responsible for changing the running direction of the conveyor belt to ensure the stable circulating operation of the whole equipment.During the working process, dry powder and granular materials are fed from the feeding end and stably fall on the surface of the running conveyor belt. Relying on the friction between the materials and the conveyor belt, the materials are continuously and smoothly transported to the discharging end to complete the whole conveying process. The whole operation process is stable, uniform and low-noise, effectively avoiding material scattering and waste, and realizing long-distance and large-batch continuous material transportation.
