This icing sugar grinder machine is suitable for medicine, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, geology, agriculture, scientific research and other units, for the crushing and processing of various kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, precious medicinal materials, ores and chemical raw materials.
The stainless steel contact material of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with toothed disc, hammer, hammer toothed disc, air-cooled, water-cooled, vertical, horizontal and other models with different working principles.
The working principle is that the motor drives the main shaft of the machine to rotate at a high speed, and the movable disc and the fixed disc collide and rub against each other, and they are crushed by impacting each other. The crushed material is subjected to the centrifugal force of rotation, and then enters the collection bag after being screened through the sieve hole.

Sugar powder grinder
The sugar powder grinder uses the high-speed relative motion between movable gears to crush materials through the impact between gears, friction and impact between materials. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, firmness, stable operation and good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly removed from the grinding chamber of the main engine, and the particle size can be obtained by changing the screen with different apertures.
The sugar powder grinder machine uses the relative movement between the active and fixed fluted disc to impact, grind and crush the target materials.
The crushed material is discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the main frame.
Working Principle:
The sugar powder grinding machine uses the wind wheel type high speed rotating cutters and the fixed cutters to crush, mill and shear raw material, which is accompanied by strong airflow inside of the chamber to bring out the heat with the finished products through the screen. The size of granules can be achieved by changing of the screen.
