The working principle of the supersonic airflow crusher: Use compressed gas to pass through the feed injector, and the crushing material is brought into the crushing chamber, and is sprayed onto the crushing wall in a tangent manner under the high-speed air flow sprayed by multiple nozzles, achieving the friction and crushing effect. The crushing fineness is controlled by adjusting the longitudinal depth of the crushing chamber, adjusting the crushing pressure or feeding speed. Compared with the fluidized bed airflow crusher, the grinding fineness is less controllable, but it has a good crushing effect on materials with viscosity. Features of supersonic airflow crusher: 1. Suitable for ultrafine crushing of dry powder materials, with a large impact particle size, which can reach Mach 2.5 or more. Generally, the material can easily crush to 1-10 microns. 2. Compared with the fluidized bed airflow crusher, it has a good crushing effect on viscous materials, and the crushing process will not cause blockage and inability to crush. 3. The temperature does not increase. The crushing process will drop due to the compressed gas nozzle, and there is no mechanical friction process, so the crushing process will not increase. It is suitable for the crushing of thermally sensitive and low-melting materials. 4. The equipment is simple, convenient to clean, easy to operate and repair, small footprint, low noise and no vibration. 5. There is little investment. According to customer needs, unnecessary equipment such as dust collectors, fans, control boxes, etc. can be eliminated. These things need to be paid attention to during use of supersonic airflow crushers: 1. During the production process, the temperature rise of the bearing must be checked frequently. When the temperature rise exceeds 50℃, the machine should be shut down to check to find out the cause and troubleshoot the fault. 2. When the new machine is running, the transmission belt is easy to stretch. Pay attention to adjusting the appropriate tightness of the belt to ensure the working life of the belt. 3. Consumable parts should be inspected regularly and replaced in time to ensure production quality and production volume. 4. The blades and linings should be checked frequently for wear. If the productivity decreases after wear, the particle size becomes coarse and the wear is found, it will be replaced. 5. The main machine and the graded flow bearing are grease lubricated. 6. The grease replacement period of the bearing is 2000 hours. The grease filling amount is 1/2 (tested upper) or 3/4 (tested lower) of the space in the bearing cavity. Do not fill too much grease, otherwise it will cause the bearing temperature to be too high. 7. The grease replacement period of the spiral feeder is 4000 hours, and ordinary calcium-based grease is added.
