Equipment Structure.
(1) This series mixer is designed as a horizontal mixing vessel. Two-layer ribbons are equipped on the main shaft. This unique design achieves smooth running, positive quality, low noise, long service life, easy assembly and maintenance. Ribbon structure could be various such as adding chopper blade at the root of the mixing vessel to achieve various mixing work.
(2) It is a good choice for mixing material with high viscosity as it features rapid mixing and positive quality. Scraper could be added on ribbon to ease the mixing of stiff and pasty material.
(3) Different structures of ribbon are available to meet the different mixing requirements. The mixer must have the cleaning every time mixing of special material is finished. The jacket also could be added to heat up or dry the raw material.
(4) Special type spraying device could be equipped to realize the special atomization.
(5) The flexible door on the mixing vessel eases the cleaning.

Installation & Trial Run
(2) The control panel should be equipped if necessary. The circuit could be contactor and relay.
(3) The gear reducer should be filled with oil before running. Connect the motor with power supply correctly. The rotation direction of main shaft should be identical with the marked arrow after the power is on. No reversion is allowed.
(4) Run the equipment with empty loading for half an hour. Check the temperature of the main shaft bearing. It should not be over 70℃. No abnormal noise is allowed in the mixing vessel. The noise should not be over 80db when the equipment does empty-running.

Maintenance in Use
(2) One batch mixing capacity = the total volume (m3) Loading factor (0.4-0.6) × material density (Kg/m3)
(3) When doing solid-liquid mixing, finish feeding first. Do spray only after ensuring the machine run well. And then, do the mixing for specified time after spraying.
(4) No hands are allowed to stretch into the mixing vessel when the equipment is on. If hard impurity exists in the raw material leading to the abnormal noise or block, the machine should be stopped immediately to eliminate the foreign matters.
(5) The common mixing time of the series mixer ranges from 6 to 8 minutes. The mixing time of special material depends on the material characteristic.
(6) Exchange the lubricating oil in gear reducer and main shaft bearing periodically. Usually, after the material runs for about 500 hours, do the check. And then, exchange the lubricating oil once half year.
